Commercial Disclosure

We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure the best use of our time and resources, we have established the following detailed cancellation and refund policy:

Advance Notice (48+ hours): Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and manage our schedule efficiently.

Late Cancellations (24-48 hours): Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining balance can be applied as a credit towards a future session within a 30-day period.

Last-Minute Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our schedule and respect the time of both our clients and our coaches.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without any prior notice will be charged the full session fee. No-shows affect our ability to offer services to other clients and disrupt the planned schedule.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the case of a genuine emergency (e.g., medical emergency, family crisis), please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Refunds for Prepaid Packages: If you have purchased a package of sessions, refunds for any unused sessions will be calculated based on the regular session fee, not the discounted package rate. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policies stated above. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the last completed session.

Rescheduling Policy: Clients are encouraged to reschedule sessions instead of canceling. Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability. Frequent rescheduling may result in additional fees or adjustments to the coaching agreement.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Some custom programs may require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your place in the program and covers initial setup costs. Details regarding non-refundable deposits will be clearly stated in the specific program agreement.
